Service engineer

We have a network of mobile service engineers who are experienced in the repair of cash registers. We usually visit you within 24 hours of your call to us.

In addition, for customers who have purchased from us we offer free telephone support. We try and fix the problem over the telephone initially and find that this often fixes the problem.

In the unlikely event we can not fix your cash register on site we will leave a basic loan cash register for you to use whilst we take your unit for repair in our workshop, a small charge is made for this. We charge a call out fee which includes the first 30 minutes labour and all travelling time and costs. An hourly labour charge is made thereafter. Parts are chargable in addition.
