Q. Warranty?

A full 12 months return to factory warranty is included on all new products purchased from this site. On reconditioned products a 6 month return to factory warranty will apply.

Q. Can I upgrade my warranty to include on site coverage?

Yes, this is available for the first 12 months at an optional cost of £50 + VAT but is only applicable to customers in Mainland England and Wales.

Q. How do I know you are a reputable company?

Our associate holding company has been established for more than 30 years and has been a Casio Main Distributor for over 20 years. We have a large existing customer database comprising of shops to National organisations.

Q. Payment terms?

Payment for any items can be made by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and JCB. Payment by cheque is also possible but goods will only be dispatched once your payment has cleared our bank, typically 7 - 10 working days.

Q. Can I speak to someone about my requirements?

Yes, our trained staff are available to assist you in your choice of what would be the best product for your needs based on the information you provide. Call us on 01908 274545.

Q. Do you offer services after I have purchased the cash register?

Yes we have mobile staff based throughout the country and usually are able to visit you within 24 hours of your call. If we can not fix your cash register on site a basic unit can be left for your use whilst we repair your equipment in our workshop. We do offer service contracts for out of warranty machines.
